Bend Family Loop – Terms of Service
Effective Date: February 26, 2026These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bend Family Loop website and web application (the "App"), operated by VanDuffie Media, LLC, doing business as Bend Family Loop ("we," "us," or "our").By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Bend Family Loop provides a curated directory and calendar of family-friendly events, classes, camps, and activities in and around Bend, Oregon.We provide information only. We do not organize, host, or operate the listed events or programs.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a subscription.The App is intended for use by parents, guardians, and caregivers.
You must create an account to access premium features.Each paid subscription is valid for one household and includes access for up to two adult users.You agree to:
Provide accurate information
Keep your login credentials secure
Not share your login credentials outside your household
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that exceed the two-adult limit or violate these Terms.
Some features require a paid subscription.Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually and renew automatically unless canceled.Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full payment card details.You are responsible for canceling your subscription before renewal if you do not wish to continue.Refunds are not guaranteed and are provided at our discretion.
Event listings, class descriptions, schedules, and details are provided for informational purposes only.We do not guarantee:
Accuracy of event information
Availability
Pricing
Safety
Quality of services
Event providers may change details without notice.You are responsible for verifying information directly with the provider before attending or registering.We are not responsible for any injury, loss, damages, cancellations, or disputes arising from third-party events or services.
The App includes links to third-party websites, including registration pages and social media platforms.We are not responsible for:
Content on third-party websites
Their privacy practices
Their terms and conditions
Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.
You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful purposes
Attempt to access other users' accounts
Reverse engineer or copy the App
Interfere with the App's operation
Circumvent subscription restrictions
All content within the App, including branding, text, design, and compilation of listings, is owned by Bend Family Loop or licensed to us.You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.Event details and provider names remain the property of their respective owners.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bend Family Loop shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Injuries sustained at listed events
Losses resulting from reliance on event information
Service interruptions or technical issues
Use of the App is at your own risk.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available."We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or completeness of listings.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations incurred prior to cancellation.
We may update these Terms from time to time.We will post the updated version with a revised effective date.Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles.
